- The film has been shot in Mumbai. The director has tried to capture the fading areas of the Maximum City, which are gradually being demolished. Reema Kagti said in an interview to IANS: "Real locations... mostly old structures and buildings that are fast fading from Mumbai are used."
- Rani Mukherji plays the role of Aamir’s wife in the film and is dressed in a wardrobe of beautiful saris. Kareena looks her glamorous best in mini-dresses and heavy make-up.
