New Delhi:

Shah Rukh Khan's FOMO in the OTT scenario was followed by him teasing fans with a special platform titled SRK+. "Kuch kuch hone wala hain, OTT ki duniya mein," he hinted. A few days later, the actor featured in another advert for Disney+Hotstar, in which he could be seen discussing potential ideas with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. Much to SRK's dismay, all have been covered by the aforementioned OTT platform. Twitter, as always, contributed to the trend and how. On Thursday, #ThodaRukShahRukh started trending, as a part of which celebs and brands offered SRK alternate options to invest in.

Dil toh pagal tha, ab dimaag bhi kharaab kar diya Disney+Hotstar walon ne," tweeted the actor.

First, check out SRK's tweet:

SRK'sMain Hoon Na co-star Sushmita Sen also shared the tweet and she wrote: "Caught between my two favourites Aarya and Shah Rukh Khan." Sushmita Sen starred in the web-series Aarya ( both seasons) which stream on Disney+Hotstar.

Kirti Kulhari, who also starred in the Disney+Hotstar series Humans, wrote, "Didn't think loving Shah Rukh Khan more was Human-ly possible #thodarukshahrukh."

Turns out, it weren't just celebs who contributed to the viral trend. Delivery app Dunzo wrote this in response to SRK's tweet:"Khant believe we're seeing this! Kk..kk..kk..kirana toh hum deliver kar rahe hain, Shah Rukh Khan, why don't you try a crypto app? #ThodaRukShahRukh."

The horror of the phone soaked in a bowl of daal didn't go unnoticed by Zomato. Here's what the brand tweeted: "Umm, sorry? even if you call it Shah Rukh kha, we'll still be the badshah of food delivery. Just kidding, we love you, but #ThodaRukShahRukh. PS. Feeling sorry for the phone in this video, let us know if you need rice to repair it."

Dating app Tinder's Twitter handle offered inputs too. "ThodaRukShahRukh uske liye Main Hoon Na. Aap koi beauty product app pe dhyaan do na," read the tweet.

Shah Rukh Khan, who has been fairly active as a producer in the last few years, was last seen in 2018 film Zero, co-starring Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. He has also co-produced Alia Bhatt's Darlings, which marks her debut as a film producer. He also backed the standalone film on Bob Biswas, featuring Abhishek Bachchan in the titular role, which released last year.

Other than that, Shah Rukh Khan also backed the film Love Hostel, which starred Bobby Deol, Sanya Malhotra and Vikrant Massey in the lead roles. He is currently shooting for Pathaan in Spain with Deepika Padukone. The film's Spain schedule will reportedly wrap on March 27.
