If you have been following Shilpa Shetty on Instagram, you must be aware that the actress never skips her fitness routine. Even if it is a shoot day, a day with family and friends or a vacation, she never “detours” from her “fitness road.” Shilpa is currently holidaying with her kids, as well as, sister-actress Shamita in London. On Monday, she shared an inspirational post and listed the benefits of exercising regularly. Posting a video of herself performing Gatyatmak Eka Pada Uttanasana Pawanmuktasana and Naukasana, Shilpa wrote: “Even if you are in vacation mode, don't take a detour from your “fitness road.” That's my motivation to start my day (Even if I am on a holiday with a 3-times-a-week fitness routine).”

Sharing details about her Monday-special yoga asanas, Shilpa Shetty added, “Today, it is core strengthening with the Gatyatmak Eka Pada Uttanasana Pawanmuktasana. It helps improve the digestive system and is beneficial in controlling acidity, gases, and constipation. Following it up with Naukasana and some variations. It is one of the best Asanas to strengthen the core, because it is extremely beneficial for the liver, pancreas, and kidneys; and strengthens the muscles of the arms, thighs, and shoulders.”

Shilpa Shetty has also mentioned that those suffering from “slip-disc, back pain or cervical problems should avoid this asana.”

While concluding her post, she urged her fans to always take out some time for exercise, “Make sure to spend a few minutes focusing on yourself before you delve into the day.”

In the clip, Shamita Shetty can also be seen working out. See Shilpa Shetty's post here:

Shilpa Shetty's fun time with her son Viaan and daughter Samisha in London includes activities like duck feeding. And that's what they did on Sunday:

A few days ago, the actress was feeling “grateful” and “blessed” in London so she posted this boomerang and wrote: “Happiness…has a boomerang effect.”

On the work front, Shilpa Shetty was last seen in Sabbir Khan's Nikamma, which also starred Abhimanyu Dasani and Shirley Setia.
