Actor Vivek Mishra, in his complaint to police, hasalleged that Chaudhary tried to touch him "inappropriately"when they were together in latter's flat on February 7.
According to police, Chaudhary had offered accommodationto Mishra in suburban Malad, as Mishra told him he had noplace to live in.
Mishra and a female friend of his accompanied Raja whenhe wanted to show the flat. The woman, however, got out of thecar when Chaudhary, who was drunk, allegedly misbehaved withher.
Further, after entering the flat, Chaudhary allegedlystarted taking off Mishra's clothes, and touched himinappropriately, police said.
Mishra then left the flat and went to the police station.
A complaint was lodged under sections 342 (wrongfulconfinement) and 355 (Assault or use of criminal force withintent to dishonour a person) of the IPC.
Chaudhary is now absconding, police said.
Only a few days ago, Shweta Tiwari, Chaudhary's formerwife, had filed a complaint of assault against him.
