- Aamir came with great expectations, telling Star Sports: "Main 100 nahi, 135 soch ke aaya tha, taaki 16,000 poore ho jaayein (I had hoped for 135, not 100, so he could complete 16,000 runs)." He also arrived wearing the same blue T-shirt and jeans he was in on day 1. However, if the outfit was meant to be a lucky charm, it didn't help. Sachin was dismissed for 74 about an hour into play.
