Just when we thought there could not be another reason to fall in love with Patralekhaa and Rajkummar Rao, the couple is here with a surprise. The actors who tied the knot in an intimate ceremony last week has shared a glimpse of their dreamy wedding with fans on social media. From the signature bridal entry to Rajkummar Rao pretending to go another direction while exchanging garlands, the wedding was as lovely as it can get. But the highlight of the video was towards the end when after Rajkummar Rao applies sindoor (vermilion) on Patralekhaa's forehead, he bends forward and asks her to reciprocate the gesture. Between smiles, Patralekhaa also applies sindoor on her husband's head.
The video begins with Patralekhaa's bridal entry, who is welcomed by claps and joyful screams by the guests and some whistles by the groom himself. Once Patralekhaa stands on the stage next to him, she says, “Raj, it has been 11 years. But I feel like I know you for a lifetime. Not just this lifetime and I am sure it has been many lifetimes.”
As we see a montage of some lovely wedding moments, Rajkummar Rao's voice-over can be heard saying, “Honestly, it has been 10-11 years but it still feels like we just started dating. We just love each other's company so much. So we thought let's just do it. Let's just be husband and wife.”
We also see Rajkummar Rao telling Patralekhaa, “We keep saying this to each other but we are each other's soulmates. Thank you for being my wife.” The video shows the couple exchanging garlands and Rajkummar Rao dancing during the pheras. They even cheer and celebrate after the pheras are complete.
As is the custom, Rajkummar Rao then proceeds to apply sindoor on Patralekhaa's forehead. Then he bends forward and says, “Tum bhi laga do (You also apply some),” prompting her to do the same. And Patralekhaa obliges with a smile on her face.
Sharing the post, Rajkummar Rao wrote, “Us,” tagging Patralekhaa and added, “Sharing a glimpse of the most beautiful day of our lives with all of you.”
Reacting to the post, actress Ridhi Dogra wrote, “This is beautiful, so much love and protection to you both.” Director Farah Khan Kunder said, “Phir se rula diya (Made me cry again).”
Bhumi Pednekar said, “Awww. Just beautiful.” Kriti Sanon said, “Soooo beautiful!” Preity Zinta said, “Awww. Love you both. This is so beautiful.” Tahira Kashyap said, “This is so sweet and pure.”
Patralekhaa also shared the same video with a similar caption.

The couple also shared images from their wedding. Sharing some photos of the couple that are filled with love and romance, Rajkummar Rao wrote, “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband Patralekhaaa Here's to forever .. and beyond.”
Reacting to these first set of pictures, Priyanka Chopra wrote, “I'm not crying you are crying! Congratulations wohoooo.”
