Today Akshay Kumar released a new poster of
PadMan, in which he can be seen posing cutely with Radhika Apte, who features as Akshay's on-screen wife (Lakshmikanth) in
PadMan. Not to be missed in the poster is the sanitary napkin packet that Akshay and Radhika are holding.
PadMan is a biopic on entrepreneur Arunachalam Muruganantham (played by Akshay), who invented a low-cost sanitary pad making machine. With the new poster,
PadMan aka Akshay reminded his fans and followers about the release date of the film, which is January 26, 2018 (Republic Day).

The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad, the lead character was not very fluent in English and he took the help of a teacher, which is played by Sonam Kapoor in the movie. Earlier, a teaser also hit the Internet where Sonam could be heard teaching Akshay the spelling of
PadMan.
