- "I am feeling wonderful being back in acting and acting in a show that people are watching. Everywhere I go, I get atleast three people telling me, 'We love the show, we don't miss it, we have recorded to watch it and we like your role in that'," Mandira said.
- "I think the role is meant for me because otherwise I am quite weird looking to be a saas or a bahu. I think this is perfect and it is tailor-made for me," she added.
- On the silver screen, she will be seen in Atul Agnihotri's O Teri, slated to release next year.
- Meanwhile her sari designing project is also keeping her busy.
