Singer Katy Perry's Twitter account was hacked and the hackers posted nasty and vulgar tweets.
The account was hacked and it posted random tweets, including the one referring to her feud with Taylor Swift, reported
E! online.
The hacker retweeted Hillary Clinton's Memorial Day message along with her message and an America flag emoji from Katy's account.
Five hours later, the hackers gained access to her account and posted a series of random tweets on her timeline. The hackers posted tweets including the one referring to her longstanding feud with Taylor. The hackers wrote, "Miss you baby" and also tagged Taylor Swift's account.
All the tweets were deleted from Katy Perry's account within fifteen minutes of them being posted.
However, the Twitter account
@sw4ylol, which allegedly belongs to the hackers, shared Katy's new song called
Witness 1.3.
The official account later posted a screenshot of an email from the music sharing site, announcing that they had removed the track under a copyright claim by Universal Music Group.
