- Actor Anil Kapoor is saddened by the death of ace cinematographer Ashok Mehta and considers himself lucky to have worked with him.
- "Ever since the film industry began, there have been two-three great cinematographers and Ashok Mehta was one of them. I was lucky that I worked with him in at least eight films," the 52-year-old said on Wednesday (August 15) .
- "Both of us started our careers together. I did Pukaar, Ram Lakhan, Trimurti with him. I think he got National Award for 36 Chowringhee Lane and Trikaal. His work was terrific," he added.
