Nargis was shooting for Main Tera Hero

Model-actress Nargis Fakhri hasturned dietician for her upcoming film Main Tera Hero.
Nargis, who herself shed weight by going on a specialjuice diet, made her co-star Illeana D'Cruz try the same forone of the scenes in the film.
"I had a great time shooting in Bangkok. While I wasthere I always wanted to try a juice cleanse. I have heard andresearched great things about giving your body a break fromregular or junk food, so I decided to try a six day juicecleanse. I lost three kilos in six days," Nargis said.
She also said that seeing her diet course, Illeana gotcurious and she convinced her to try it.But she could do it only for one day, the actresssaid.
Main Tera Hero, a contemporary commercial Bollywoodentertainer, features Varun Dhawan, Nargis Fakhri and IlleanaD'Cruz.
