After being separated from singer Chris Martin since 2012, actress Gwyneth Paltrow has finally filed for divorce from the Coldplay frontman.
The actress has cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the separation, reports theguardian.com.
The now estranged couple first announced their split in March 2014, declaring that they would be "consciously uncoupling" after 10 years of marriage.
According to the divorce papers, they had been separated for almost a year before that announcement.
Gwyneth and Chris have two children, Apple, 10, and Moses, eight. The Iron Man actress is to seek joint custody of their children.
The couple's business managers have been working out the terms of their split, including financial assets and custody of their children, eonline.com quoted a source as saying.
