Chashme Buddoor remake stars pulled up by cops in Goa

  • It is not just the aam junta that gets stopped by the traffic cops. A group of policemen in Goa recently pulled over Ali Zafar and his co-stars Siddharth and Divyendu Sharma at a junction near Candolim beach for allegedly violating road safety rules.
  • The three actors, who are in Goa to shoot for David Dhawan's remake of Chashme Buddoor, were caught riding triple seat on a two-wheeler. A source says, "Ali, Siddharth and Divyendu were filming a bike ride scene, where they were required to travel together. Since there was still some time for the scene to roll, the three boys decided to go on a fun ride."
  • Little did they know this ride would land them in major trouble! The source adds, "It was a long time and they did not return. Finally, after calling them a number of times we realised they had been caught by the cops."
  • The trio apparently spent some time trying to convince the men in khaki that it was all for a film shoot. However, it was only after crew members reached the spot that peace was brokered.
