Tom McGrath, the director of the DreamWorks comedy,says the 46-year-old actor "jumped on board" when it came torecording his character and also imitated the King of Rock N'Roll, reported Mirror online.
"Brad Pitt was fantastic to work with, he's theperfect Metro Man," the filmmaker said.
"He really got into it with his Elvis swagger. Infact, when we recorded him he didn't want to sit behind apodium, he wanted to walk around the stage holding this micand it really suited his character," McGrath added.
Actor Will Ferrell plays super villain Megamind whorealises his life is pointless after he finally conquers hisnemesis Metro Man - who has become bored of his superheroduties.
McGrath said Ferrell was impossible to control when itcame to sticking to his lines.
"Will goes off the script which is fantastic andthat's why he's such fun to work with. We laughed so hard inthe control booth I had to cover my mouth," he said.
