Bigg Boss OTT contestant Nishant Bhat must have won a lot of hearts after he self-eliminated himself from the “Ticket to Finale” task. Wait, what? You can't believe it, right? Neither can we. As per the rules of the task, contestants will have to walk on a track holding a can full of water in their hands. The one who manages to maintain the water level till the end will qualify for the semi-final round. In the semis, the contestants will face Divya Agarwal. Divya, thanks to public voting, got a direct entry to the “Ticket to Finale” semis round. We hope now you have a better idea about the task and its rules. So, we are moving back to Nishant and his unexpected move.
During the task, Nishant Bhat, who was up against his friend Raqesh Bapat, asked Moose Jattana if he can give a speech. And, it begins like this, “I have never thought that I will appear on Bigg Boss OTT. This task is a mind-blowing opportunity for most of the contestants in the house. But, there is one thing that I have learnt in life, never take shortcuts.”
Moments later, we see Pratik Sehajpal running after Nishant Bhat and trying to convince him. Even, Raqesh Bapat requests Nishant not to take such a step. But, nothing worked. Nishant is in no mood to change his mind. He said, “I have full faith and confidence in myself. I know I can do it without the shortcuts.”
Before anyone could guess the reason behind this, Nishant Bhat clarifies, “I did it for himself.”
Later, Pratik Sehajpal and Shamita Shetty were up against each other in the same task. Pratik won the round after he pushed Shamita to the ground. The task was conducted in the garden area.
