GSEB Board 10th Result 2026 (OUT) Highlights: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) announced the Class 10 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) 2026 results today, May 6, at 8 am. The overall pass percentage stands at 83.86 per cent. Girls have outperformed boys across all categories-regular, repeater, and Gujarat State Open School (GSOS). More than 6 lakh students who appeared for the GSEB SSC examination opted for the Gujarati medium, while only around one lakh chose the English medium. Other mediums included Hindi with about 16,000 students, followed by Marathi, Urdu and Oriya.
Students can check and download their scorecards through the official websites gseb.org, website.gseb.org, gsebeservice.com as well as via WhatsApp and SMS services. The six-digit seat number is required by students to check their marksheet.

Minimum Marks Required
To pass the GSEB SSC examination, students must obtain a minimum of 33 per cent marks overall as well as in each individual subject. Those who fail to meet the requirement will need to appear for the compartment (supplementary) exams, likely to be held in the last week of June 2026.

GSEB 10th Result 2026: Stronger Performance in Open School Category
The gap widens further in the Gujarat State Open School (GSOS) category. Girls achieved a pass percentage of 36.25%, comfortably ahead of boys, who stood at 23.23%. In terms of participation, 8,945 girls appeared for the GSOS exams, while 14,408 boys took the test.

The lowest grade, D, also increased from 6,066 in 2025 to 7,278 in 2026, suggesting a slight rise in the number of lower-performing students alongside gains in the top brackets.
