Dehradun:
A scrap dealer was today killed when a bomb exploded at an army firing range in Raipur area
in Dehradun, police said.
As soon as Ramashish (35) picked up the live bomb at Maldevta army firing range it exploded in his hand killing him on the spot, they said.
Nearly half-a-dozen people have so far lost their lives in such incidents in the past few years.
