Madurai:
A father in Madurai in Tamil Nadu has been arrested after he allegedly hired three people including a male nurse to help kill his daughter. Before she died, pesticide was poured in her ears.
The 18-year-old girl was scheduled to be married later this week. Her father was reportedly upset because she had been in several relationships in the past. He worried that she would not stay loyal to her new husband, who was also a family relative.
The nurse allegedly injected the girl with sedatives.
