One person has been admitted to the hospital in serious condition
Three people were killed and 1 seriously injured after a speeding car ran over them in Sonepat in Haryana on Tuesday.
According to the police, the incident took place near Lal Darwaza when the speeding Mitsubishi Lancer ran over four people who were playing cards on the footpath. Three of them died on the spot and one has been admitted to a hospital in serious condition.
"The police control room got a call about the accident at night. We have seized the vehicle but the driver is absconding," said Kartar Singh, the investigating officer.
The police has sent the bodies for post-mortem and a manhunt has been launched for the accused driver.
