TVS Motor Company has announced its sales results for September 2025, surpassing 5.41 lakh units, which marks a 12 percent increase from the 4.82 lakh units sold in September 2024. This performance continues the company's growth trend, following record sales in August of 5.09 lakh units, reflecting a significant 30 percent increase compared to the previous year.
The two-wheeler segment of the company contributed 5.24 lakh units in September, demonstrating an 11 percent increase from the 4.72 lakh units sold in the same month last year. Domestic two-wheeler sales climbed by 12 percent to reach 4.13 lakh units, while exports grew by 8 percent, totaling 1.11 lakh units. Within this segment, scooters led the growth, achieving a 17 percent increase to 2.19 lakh units, while motorcycle sales saw a 9 percent rise to 2.50 lakh units.

Meanwhile, the three-wheeler segment experienced remarkable year-on-year growth of 60 percent, with 17,141 units sold in September 2025, indicating a strong rebound in the commercial mobility market. Sales of electric vehicles increased by 8 percent to hit 31,266 units, although production is still constrained by challenges related to magnet supplies, hindering faster growth.
International sales for TVS Motor reached 1.22 lakh units, reflecting a 10 percent rise compared to September 2024. Exports of two-wheelers grew by 8 percent to 1.11 lakh units, showcasing the company's steady expansion in global markets.
