New KTM 390 Adventure X Launched In India With Cruise Control; Check Price

KTM India launched the 390 Adventure X in February 2025. Now, months after launch, the Austrian manufacturer has updated the bike by adding more features to the mix. This enhanced version of the adventure motorcycle comes at a starting price of Rs 3.03 lakh (ex-showroom), making it more expensive than the previous one by Rs 12,000. It is to be noted that initially the bike was launched at Rs 2.91 lakh (ex-showroom).

While the appearance of the bike is unchanged, the feature list now offers advanced rider aid features. Specifically, the bike now comes with cornering ABS, a cruise control system, and cornering traction control. Some of these features are usually available with bigger motorcycles. Along with this, the brand is offering three riding modes: Street, Rain, and Off-Road.

The addition of riding modes to the bike offers various throttle maps depending on the rider's needs. It is expected to improve the riding experience by offering better control in different conditions and on different types of terrains. To toggle through these modes, the brand is offering a switchgear from the standard model. It comes along with the cruise control button and a toggle switch to control the speed.

From a mechanical perspective, the KTM 390 Adventure X Plus will retain its existing standard setup. The braking system remains the same, while also featuring 19-inch alloy wheels at the front and 17-inch alloy wheels at the rear. It will maintain the on-road characteristics of the previous model while still being capable of handling off-road conditions.

The KTM 390 Adventure X continues to be powered by the same 399 cc LC4c single-cylinder engine, which is calibrated to deliver 45 hp at 8,500 rpm and 39 Nm of maximum torque at 6,500 rpm.
