JSW MG Motor India launched the Windsor EV in the Indian market in 2024. Since then, the electric vehicle has earned an elite status in the automaker's lineup by bringing in good sales numbers. Now, the brand is set to launch a new version of the vehicle called the Windsor EV Pro. This will be a high-tech version of the vehicle, bringing changes in the powertrain, feature list, safety, and more.

MG Windsor EV Pro: Battery Pack
To begin with, the vehicle is expected to have a bigger battery pack. Presently, the car has a 38 kWh battery pack, which will be upgraded to be a 50.6 kWh battery pack. It is used in the version of the vehicle sold in Indonesia as the Wuling Cloud EV. It offers an increased range of up to 460 km on a single charge. MG Windsor EV Pro: Appearance
Meanwhile, the power figures are expected to remain unchanged. It is likely to have an electric motor that produces 136 hp of power and 200 Nm. This power is used by the front wheels to propel the vehicle forward. Talking about the things that remain the same, the MG Windsor EV will have the same appearance. However, we can expect a few changes, like a new paint scheme option and a new Pro badge.
MG Windsor EV Pro: Features, Interior
In addition, there will be revisions in the cabin of the MG Windsor EV Pro. It will feature dual-tone interiors sporting a combination of black and brown with a wooden texture. This will be complemented by upgraded safety with the presence of ADAS features. These will work with a combination of sensors and cameras. The car will also offer a vehicle-to-load feature, which means the vehicle's power can be used to power other devices. There will also be a few extra convenience features.
MG Windsor EV Pro: Price
The current iteration of the MG Windsor EV is sold at a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom).
