Mahindra & Mahindra launched the Thar Roxx in 2024. Since then, the SUV has been bringing in good sales numbers for the automaker. However, the brand seems to have a wish to see an even steeper curve on the sales graph. To achieve this, the homegrown manufacturer has launched a new campaign leveraging Mumbai's potholes to its advantage. Under this initiative, the automaker is calling in consumers for a test drive covering potholes in the city.

In a video released on Instagram, the brand has invited consumers to take a test of the Mahindra Thar Roxx, addressing it as "The SUV". The video also claims that "we won't stop until we have covered all the potholes." It is also a city with the highest number of potholes. Mahindra mentioned that Mumbai city has over 59,000 potholes. There is a pothole every 5 km. This affects the driving style, damages vehicles, and causes congestion on the road.
