Lexus India has reported a strong performance for the calendar year 2025, with its ultra-luxury vehicle lineup driving significant sales momentum. The Japanese luxury automaker registered notable year-on-year growth across flagship models in the Indian market.
According to the company, the flagship LM and LX models recorded a combined 50 percent year-over-year increase and collectively contributed around 19 percent to total sales in 2025. The performance of these models reflects a growing demand among Indian buyers for exclusive, chauffeur-driven experiences and high-end SUVs.

The LM 350h, Lexus' luxury multi-purpose vehicle, has received strong interest from customers seeking a first-class mobility experience. With its refined interior and advanced comfort features, the LM has positioned itself as a unique offering in India's luxury vehicle segment.
Meanwhile, the LX 500d, the brand's most expensive model, continues to appeal to buyers who value a blend of off-road capability and ultra-luxury indulgence. The SUV combines advanced technology with robust performance suited for varied terrains.

Beyond the flagship models, the Lexus RX line also registered healthy growth, achieving an 18 per cent increase over the previous year and contributing 22 per cent to total sales. This indicates wider portfolio acceptance and growing interest in Lexus' self-charging hybrid range among Indian customers.

Looking ahead, Lexus India plans to sustain its focus on the luxury segment in 2026, buoyed by a positive market outlook. The company continues to back its products with robust ownership programs, including an 8-year vehicle warranty, Lexus Luxury Care service packages, and 5-year roadside assistance.

Lexus entered the Indian market in March 2017 and currently offers five models, four of which are self-charging hybrid electric vehicles. The ES 300h, the brand's first locally assembled model, introduced in 2020, remains its most popular offering in India. Globally, Lexus operates in over 90 countries and has sold more than two million hybrid vehicles since pioneering the luxury hybrid segment.
