Kawasaki India has added extra excitement to its entry-level adventure motorcycle, the Versys-X 300, by announcing fresh discounts and bundled benefits that make the bike more appealing to buyers. These revised offers cover both the 2025 and 2026 model year versions and are valid until January 31, 2026, or until stocks last. For enthusiasts considering a parallel-twin ADV, this limited-time window provides a chance to save significantly while also gaining useful accessories.
For the MY26 model, Kawasaki is offering a cash discount of Rs 20,000, which brings the price down to Rs 3.29 lakh. Alongside the price cut, customers can choose between two original Kawasaki accessories: a centre stand or a pair of hard panniers. The MY25 model carries the same accessory options but comes with an even larger discount of Rs 30,000, reducing its price to Rs 3.19 lakh. This makes the older model slightly more attractive for value-seekers, though the newer version has its own advantages.

The panniers being offered are waterproof plastic units, each with a capacity of 17 litres, giving a combined storage of 34 litres. They can be locked using the motorcycle's ignition key, adding convenience and security for riders who plan longer journeys. On the other hand, the centre stand is a practical addition, especially considering the Versys-X 300 runs on wire-spoke wheels with tubed tyres. For riders tackling punctures or performing roadside maintenance, the centre stand makes the process far easier. Kawasaki claims that, depending on the accessory chosen, buyers could save up to Rs 46,000 in total value, which is a considerable benefit in this segment.

The distinction between the MY25 and MY26 models lies mainly in colour schemes and fuel compliance. The MY25 is available in two paint options: Candy Lime Green Type 3/Metallic Flat Sparkle Black and Metallic Ocean Blue/Pearl Robotic White. The MY26, meanwhile, is offered only in Candy Lime Green/Metallic Flat Spark Black, but it gains E20 fuel compatibility, making it future-ready as India transitions toward ethanol-blended fuels.

Mechanically, the Versys-X 300 remains unchanged. It is powered by a 296cc parallel-twin engine producing 40 hp and 26 Nm of torque. While this output is adequate for touring and light off-road use, the motorcycle is relatively simple compared to rivals in the same price bracket. Aside from non-switchable dual-channel ABS, there are no electronic rider aids such as traction control or riding modes. This makes the Versys-X 300 a straightforward, no-frills machine that appeals to riders who value reliability and Kawasaki's proven engineering over gadgetry.
