Yezdi Motorcycles, a part of Classic Legends, has launched the Yezdi Scrambler in India at an introductory price of Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned as a versatile and rugged offering, the Scrambler blends retro styling with modern-day hardware and features, making it suitable for both urban rides and light off-road duties.
2026 Yezdi Scrambler: Design
The 2026 Yezdi Scrambler carries a distinct scrambler-inspired design with a strong visual identity. It features a signature fuel tank, complemented by subtle detailing like '69' denoting the brand's legacy year. The motorcycle gets a rally-style beak, front and rear shrouds, and a rear fender-mounted tail lamp that adds to its rugged appeal.
Other highlights include a ribbed seat, upright seating posture, and semi-knobby tyres, reinforcing its dual-purpose nature. The Scrambler is offered in three colourways, each enhancing its retro-modern styling.

2026 Yezdi Scrambler: Engine and Performance
Powering the 2026 Yezdi Scrambler is a newly developed 334cc, liquid-cooled, 4-valve DOHC KATAR engine. This unit produces 30 hp and 30 Nm of torque, offering a balanced performance for both city commutes and off-road trails.
The brand claims a fuel efficiency of around 30 kmpl. Additionally, the motorcycle is touted to be among the lightest in its category, which should translate to better handling and agility.
2026 Yezdi Scrambler: Hardware and Ergonomics
In terms of the hardware the new Yezdi Scrambler comes with telescopic front suspension and twin shock absorbers at the rear. It offers a 1,403 mm wheelbase. Riders get a seat height of 813 mm and the Scrambler's kerb weight is174 kg, making it approachable yet sturdy. The bike runs on a 100/90‑19 front tyre and a 140/70‑17 rear tyre, supported by a 320 mm front disc and 240 mm rear disc for confident braking. With a 12.5‑litre fuel tank, the Scrambler is ready for both city runs and longer weekend rides.
