Who says offices are all work and no play? When you work with friends, even work can feel like play. Alright, almost.

Yesterday was Facebook's 11th birthday and in true Mark Zuckerberg-style, the techie genius decided to start a trend - #FriendsDay. Prompting this response from several celebrities:

Speaking of friendship, here are some of the famous friends who work together:


1) Mark Zuckerberg and Dustin Moskovitz - Mark posted this picture of the two of them from the early days of Facebook.

 

2) Tina Fey and Amy Poehler - After successfully hosting the Golden Globe Awards for three years in a row, these two famous friends barely need an introduction. The two met in 1993 at Chicago's ImprovOlympic theatre.

But in case you still need background detail, we have three words for you: Saturday Night Live.

3) Amitabh Bachchan and Yash Chopra - This happy friendship between the flamboyant director-producer and Bollywood's biggest and brightest star gave fans much to cheer about. They gave us phenomenal hits like Silsila, Kabhi Kabhi, Deewar, Veer Zara and many, many more.

When Yash Chopra died in 2012, Big B wrote blog posts, and took to Twitter and Facebook to pay respect to his friend.

 
4) Truman Capote and Harper Lee - Harper Lee, the woman who gave us the unforgettable To Kill a Mockingbird, is said to have based the character of Dill Harris (Scout's friend) on her childhood friend, Truman Capote.

5) Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal - Flipkart, the hugely successful online portal was co-founded by these two friends who not only share their last name but were in IIT Delhi at the same time. They actually met while working at Amazon together.

Since its inception, Flipkart has moved from strength to strength, recently acquiring $1 billion funding to further expand.
