One Dead, Two Injured in South Mumbai Fire

The fire broke out at South Mumbai's Nagpada area at 5.15 pm today.

Mumbai:  A 26-year-old woman was killed and two others were injured after a fire broke out at a multi-storey residential building in South Mumbai's Nagpada area at 5.15 pm today.

Five fire engines were rushed to the spot. It took an hour to bring the fire under control.

The injured have been admitted to South Mumbai's JJ hospital.

The police are investigating the cause of the fire. More details are awaited.
