On the second last day of campaigning in Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses a rally in south Delhi's Ambedkar nagar.
Here are the highlights from his speech:
BJP is going to form a government in Delhi under the leadership of Kiran Bedi.
Today is the second last day of campaigning in Delhi. In a way, it's my last meeting before the elections.
I spoke with my party members, I told them that I was unhappy with something. I asked them why during the Lok Sabha elections, when I was also a contestant, there wasn't such a crowd like it is now before the Delhi Assembly elections.
Amazed at the crowds at my rally. It is unprecedented for rallies of any state unit of a political party.
My politics has only one direction, only one aim, and only one motto - development.
And what does development means? It means changing the life of the poor.
When there's someone sick at home, medicine should be provided.
A poor man works hard with honestly and after a long day's work, when he comes back home, there isn't even enough space for him to stretch his legs and sit.
Every one deserves a house of their own.
I want to change the course of life for the poor.
Isn't India today known in the whole world? Isn't the whole world talking about our country?
Should the whole country salute Delhi? For this to happen, we need a stable government in the national capital.
I have come to urge to you - vote for development, vote for the Bhartiya Janata Party.
Our opponents are still unable to understand how a poor mother's son has become the Prime Minister.
When I was fighting Lok Sabha polls from Varanasi, surveys predicted I would lose badly but I won. The survey said that I would lose with a difference of 3 lakh votes.
The people who claimed to be honest, they have been proved otherwise. What kind of people are they? They preach something and do the completely opposite things.
For the 84' riots that happened in the country - should we not have an SIT to probe and get justice for the victims and their families. And when we do, they say we're doing it for the elections.
When the prices of petrol and diesel are reduced, they say we're doing it for the elections.
No development has taken place in the northeastern India and for the people from there in the last 60 years.
We do not want to destroy the lives of the city. This is why I want to urge to you, vote for the BJP on the February 7.
Someone called me and asked me the other day, have you also donated money? He said, a website shows you have given a donation to a political party. When I inquired, I came to know that even Mahatma Gandhi has made a donation, also Obama. What kind of people are these? (attack on AAP's methods of taking donations)
We're not just commenting against corruption, we are actively combatting it and setting up systems which will root out corruption.
Our government in the last two months has set a world record in opening bank accounts for the poor of this country.
I had said on the 15th of August from the Lal Quila that before 26th of January, I want bank accounts for all the poor citizens of this country.
This is not a government of scams or scamsters or of the people who seek help of scamsters.
I have come here to ask for your vote.
I have also become a Delhi'ite and I am equally responsible for the development of this city.
I want to change the face of Delhi. I have come to seek your blessings. Let me serve you.
