A theme park in Abu Dhabi is offering visitors a chance to observe marine life unlike ever before - by riding in a specially designed underwater pod. Sounds like something out of a futuristic sci-fi film, doesn't it? Well, it is not fiction, but reality. Last month, SeaWorld Yas Island launched the world's first submersible for an aquarium. It offers stunning underwater views and an opportunity to see different marine species up close. A video about the same recently took social media by storm, and it has left people amazed. It was shared by popular social media influencer and presenter, Tuesday Le Roux.

Called the "SeaSub," this submersible can descend more than 20 metres into the park's "Endless Ocean" aquarium. It is described as a "fully functional research vessel." Passengers will be accompanied by experts, who will guide them during their 45-minute underwater journey. This is what the influencer experienced, and she provided an inside look at the same in the now-viral video. Much of the round part of the submersible pod is transparent glass, allowing visitors to view marine life all around them and feel like they are inside the ocean.
Tuesday's video shows how one can observe various species and shoals of fish passing by. "This is just epic," she says. She points out different sharks she can spot just a short distance away. She also explains some of the equipment inside the submersible that allows the guide to navigate it carefully underwater. Watch the complete reel below:
