
Shriya Pilgaonkar is a true-blue travel enthusiast. She recently embarked on a journey to Canterbury. On Instagram, the actress shared a series of glimpses from Kent, England, which is also recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The post began with Shriya enjoying a punt ride on a river, with a prominent castle in the background. Following this, Shriya Pilgaonkar dropped a couple of photographs of iconic locations in Canterbury, featuring historic buildings, pubs and more. It included a picture of a pub named Black Griffin, another pub titled Lady Luck, the cosy roads, and many others, all of which offer a glimpse into its past grandeur and Gothic architectural style.
In one of the snaps, we can spot the Crooked House, also known as Sir John Boy's House, King's Gallery, and Old King's Shop, located at the end of Palace Street, near the city centre and Canterbury Cathedral. Next, she visited the ruins of St. Augustine's Abbey, a Benedictine monastery and a prominent religious and intellectual centre in England during the Middle Ages. Additionally, she can also be seen enjoying a relaxed, casual dining experience set against a surreal waterway backdrop. In a picture from her carousel, she was seen delighting in a plate of fish and chips with a drink.
