The Censor Board today told the Delhi High Court that Bollywood movie '31st October', based on the aftermath of the assassination of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi including the 1984 riots, was certified for release after deletion of all offensive scenes.

Delhi High Court today junked a petition against the release of a Bollywood movie based on the aftermath of the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi including the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, saying the plea was "badly drafted" and the CBFC was not approached.
