Nepal Adopts Constitution

President Pranab Mukherjee will be first Head of State from India in 18 years to visit Nepal on a three-day State Visit starting November 2, first after democratic constitution was adopted by Nepal last year which is being seen as "special goodwill visit".

On his maiden foreign trip after assuming charge, Nepal Prime Minister K P Oli will arrive in Delhi on a six-day visit today during which he will hold talks with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on a range of key issues including matters relating to the newly adopted constitution of the Himalayan nation.
