"I knew I was not making a biopic so I was not limited by facts. Another advantage that I had was that not much is known about this guy. I know a lot more than other people because I worked on Sriram Raghavan's documentary," said Anurag Kashyap

KJo, who played a villain in the Anurag Kashyap-directed film, said, "No one has offered me any film after Bombay Velvet. It was such a disastrous debut that I did not get any single offer." "I am dying... Waiting for someone to offer me something. No one is going to offer me a lead role," he added

"I am glad there is an actor like Ranbir who is taking the risk. There are not many actors, who would do it. He is not like Salman who is doing same thing film after film. He is boring. How can you do that? It is not paying off but at least he is getting the satisfaction of doing those films. Very few actors do that"
