Union minister Jitendra Singh on Monday discussed with Brazilian Science, Technology and Innovation minister Marcos Pontes ways to further explore space cooperation between the two countries, including India's support in procurement of material and systems for Brazil's launch vehicle programme, a statement said.

The Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO) PSLV-C51 blasted off the agency's launchpad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, SHAR, Sriharkota, today, a little before 10.30 am, carrying 19 payloads and ringing in its schedule for 2021 in all glory.

ISRO will launch the PSLV-C51 rocket, the 53rd mission of PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle), with Amazonia-1 of Brazil as primary satellite and 18 co-passenger payloads from Sriharikota on Sunday, February 28 at 10:24am.

In its first mission in 2021, India's space agency ISRO plans to launch on February 28 Brazilian satellite Amazonia-1 and three Indian payloads, including one built by a home-grown start-up.
