Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment Bandaru Dattatreya today said he would hold discussions with Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao over the state government's decision to relocate the chest hospital at Erragadda and build the new secretariat in its place.
"The decision which the Telangana government has taken with regard to proposed re-location of the Secretariat and the Chest Hospital...all political parties are protesting (opposing) it. I will hold talks with state Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao over the matter," Bandaru Dattatreya told reporters.
He said he had requested Finance Minister Arun Jaitley to make special allocation for Hyderabad for creation of infrastructure as a special case and for release of balance of Rs 2,027.45 crore out of Rs 3,149.46 crore recommended by the 13th Finance Commission.
Reacting to a query on Delhi Assembly polls, the minister said, "We are confident that BJP will win good number of seats to form the government."
