A 23-year-old call centre employee on Monday hanged herself to death at Hosiarpur village in Noida, police said.
Rashmi Devi, a resident of Madya Pradesh, was working at a call centre in Sector 59, Noida.
Police say Devi was tense following a visit by her mother a few days ago who was pressurizing her for marriage.
No suicide note was found, police said.
