Mumbai:
The Maharashtra government has announced several measures to help tackle rising incidents of crime against women.
A 24-hour helpline with two mobile numbers will be launched which women can call if they face any harassment.
Women constables on plain clothes will also be stationed at different spots in Mumbai.
Colleges will also have to set up sexual harassment committees by 2012 to ensure that students are not harassed.
