1.Triathlon
This sports event is not known by many so here's some information about it. The Triathlon contains three stages: a 1.5km swim, a 40km cycle, and a 10km run. The competitions take the form of a single event between all competitors without any break. Triathlon competitions are at the 2024 Paris Olympics held between July 31 to August 5, 2024 at Pont Alexandre III.
2. Breaking
Another rare sport that is a part of the Olympics 2024 is Breaking. For people who don't know, the competition incorporates a vast combination of dance moves like windmills, footwork etc., improvising to the beat of DJ's tracks in a bid to achieve the highest score. The sport will be marking its official debut in the program and is the first dance sport competition to appear in Summer Olympic history.

3. Trampoline
Trampolining or Trampoline gymnastics is another rare Olympic sport in which athletes perform acrobatics while bouncing on the trampoline. The game also includes simple jumps in distinct positions like straight and straddle to more complex combinations. It is scheduled to take place on August 2, 2024.
4. Sailing
Sailing has been one of the Olympic games since 1896 but is still unknown to many. The sailing competitions at the 2024 Summer Olympics are held between 28th July to August 8th at Marseille Marina.
5. Sport climbing
Sport climbing is another rare and recent addition to the Olympics. The competition made its Olympic debut in the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. It is a type of free climbing and rock climbing where the climber clips into the fixed bolts while ascending the route. This year the sport at the 2024 Summer Olympics is scheduled to take place between the August 5 to 10, 2024 at Le Bourget Sport Climbing Venue in Saint Denis.
