
Sreejita De loves to workout and her Instagram profile is proof enough. The actress recently offered her fans a glimpse into her leg day session. In the video, Sreejita was dressed in a grey and black-rimmed bralette, coupled with a pair of matching fitted gym tights. The star performed dumbbell squats that served workout motivation. Not one to back away from difficult physical activities, Sreejita levelled up the challenge and added a dumbbell element to her exercise. Holding the equipment with both hands, she performed a series of squats effortlessly. Dumbbell squats are known for strengthening the lower body and legs. The exercise also increases the activation of posterior chain muscles, like the hamstrings and glutes.
Earlier, Sreejita De tried her hands at the “Dandasana To Chaturanga” challenge and mastered it like an expert. Chaturanga Dandasana is also known as the four-limbed staff pose requires thoughtful body alignment and flow. Accompanying Sreejita was her fitness coach Kuldeep Rawat. The duo began the exercise by lying flat on their back on the yoga mat and doing a summersault. Post the rotation, they started doing push-ups, which were followed by another summersault. Chaturanga Dandasana strengthens core and arm muscles and improves shoulder stability.
Besides heavy workouts, Sreejita is also fluent in several yoga asanas. Not long ago, the former Bigg Boss contestant displayed her flexibility through a “core strength challenge” in an Instagram video. “Flexibility isn't just about the body; it's a mindset. Yoga is my mindset," she captioned. The actress balanced one hand on the ground, placed her feet at a distance, and arched her body sideways.
