Recently, the actress posted a video on social media, showcasing her power-packed shoulders and upper-arm workout. In the video, the actress can be doing heavy-weight exercise which are highly effective for the upper body. She started with the cable machine pulleys which are essential for your triceps and biceps. They also strengthen your body, allow you to lift more weight, improve elbow health and give better shoulder stability.

Moving on from the first exercise, Sara then did weighted squats which are effective to build stronger joints and improve body mobility. The actress then completed her workout session with a few sets of dip-bar exercises that can help build strength and muscle mass in the chest, tricep and shoulder region.
This is not the first time Sara shared her workout sessions with us. She loves to do powerful Pilates frequently too. She recently shared the workout behind her sculpted abs and it is one of the most advanced Pilates movements called the Star. It focuses on her obliques and core and improves shoulder stability while keeping the focus centered.
