The peak houses a small temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Legend has it that when Lord Hanuman was returning from the Himalayas after getting the magical herb 'Sanjivani Booti', his rested his foot on the Kasauli hilltop and that's the reason this place is named Monkey Point. The place is swarmed with hopping but friendly monkeys.  

2. Kasauli Brewery 

Established in the late 1820s, by Edward Dyer, Kasauli Brewery happens to be the oldest distillery for fine scotch whisky in the Asian mainland. It is believed that the equipment of brewing and distilling were all brought by Edward from England and Scotland in the early 19th century, and he particularly chose this place owing to its fine spring water and the beautiful weather here that are reminiscent to that of Scotland.

Located on the busy Mall Road, this historical landmark is hard to miss and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Kasauli. Built during the British era in 1853, the church offers a serene ambiance and the scenic vistas around make it one of the best places to visit in Kasauli. One can admire the distinctive stunning architecture of the church which includes a clock tower with a sundial in the front, and beautiful stained glass windows.
