The Cannes Film Festival 2018 has been an exciting ride so far. The festival closes on May 19, but many Indian celebrities have already finished their journeys at Cannes this year. From Sonam Kapoor to Deepika Padukone, Aishwarya Rai, Kangana Ranaut and many more, we've seen Indian actors walk the red carpet at Cannes galore. With all the excitement of one person walking after the other, there was hardly any time to really sit and analyse all our favourite looks together in one place. Well, here's our chance now - and we're taking it. Here are some of our favourite looks on Indian celebrities from Cannes 2018.

1. Deepika Padukone

When you've got a best dressed list and Deepika Padukone was at the event, you can almost always be certain that the list is going to start with her. Deepika stunned the world and shut down critics that had long had her fashion choices labeled 'boring' when she walked onto the red carpet in this ruffled pink gown from Ashi Studio. We can't get enough of this look and just how on point Deepika looked.

2. Sonam Kapoor

The newlywed fashionista showed off her beautiful mehendi in an outfit that was entirely apt - a lehenga. But not just any lehenga. Sonam's big and beautiful white lehenga was designed by London-based couture house, Ralph and Russo. When it comes to Sonam one can always be sure that there will be something different. A lehenga plus mehendi plus that beautiful naga jadai in her hair. She's different, alright.

3. Aishwarya Rai

Aishwarya Rai walked the red carpet at Cannes in a multi coloured gown from Michael Cinco. Aishwarya's gown was brimming with embroidery and sequins work. Those colours really seemed to work for Aishwarya who looked absolutely resplendent as she took the red carpet. But what really added that extra oomph to her look was the long train that accompanied the gown. Way to go, Aish.

4. Kangana Ranaut

Out of the many looks that Kangana Ranaut channeled at Cannes this year, this red hot dress was definitely our favourite. Kangana has never been afraid to experiment with her style and this red latex dress from Nanushka is definitely proof. Don't miss those tiny fashionable glasses and that hair. Oh, that hair.

5. Neena Gupta

Actor Neena Gupta was present at the Cannes Film Festival to present her film, The Last Colour. In the film, Neena Gupta plays the character of Noor, a widow in Vrindavan who wishes to play Holi but is forbidden by tradition. For her red carpet appearance, Neena Gupta wore a white and gold saree with a pink and gold blouse from House Of Masaba. We love the traditional route she chose to take in a saree from her daughter, Masaba's design house.

6. Nandita Das

Actor and director, Nandita Das, was there to present the film, Manto, which has been directed by her. It is based on the story of author and writer, Saadat Hasan Manto. On one of her days in Cannes, Nandita stunned in a pink organza saree. We love how her lead actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is perfectly colour coordinated with her.

7. Huma Qureshi

Huma Qureshi looked drop dead gorgeous in this silver Elio Abou Fayssal slip dress and oversized robe. She paired her ensemble with accessories from Swarovski and Outhouse Jewellery and a pair of satin Alexandre Birman shoes.

8. Sayani Gupta

Sayani Gupta's fashion through her attendance at Cannes was on point. But we especially loved this dhoti saree that she wore from AM:PM. This light khakee saree with Sayani's kohl rimmed eyes and those traditional punjabi juttis definitely made for a complete winner.

9. Rasika Dugal

Actress Rasika Dugal was at Cannes as a part of the crew for Manto, in which she plays the lead female character. Rasika chose to wear a simple pale blue saree from Raw Mango. Her saree featured scalloped borders with brocade work. We love how she kept it so simple and elegant.

10. Deepika Padukone

And yes, we're back to Deepika Padukone, because let's be honest, would this list really be complete if we ended it without mentioning her pantone coloured suit? Deepika channeled a retro vibe in this bright purple Mao suit. We love how she did her hair and makeup with this outfit. Way to shut down her critics, again.
