It's holiday season and also party season. You know what most people have in common at these parties? A glass of something in their hands (ahem, the contents are mostly alcoholic). With all the fun stuff people are guzzling, it's not fair for the teetotalers to be left with just boring, old cold drinks in their glasses, then, is it? Besides, we owe these noble non-drinking folks -- they get us home safe without having to pay through the nose in surge pricing and car rentals (we hope you're not even thinking of getting behind the wheel, drunk). So, in the spirit of partying and joy to the world, here are some super simple, yet, delicious beyond words mocktail recipes for those among us who prefer not to wake up with a hangover.

Ingredients:
1 medium seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
4 tsp agave
1/3 cup sparking water
Directions:

4-5 slices of Cucumber
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Mango puree
3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
3 tbsp Ginger beer

Mix together some cucumber and honey in a cocktail shaker or mixer. Add the mango puree and lime juice, and shake well. Make sure the shaker is tightly covered. Add the ice and vigorously shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture. Top with ginger beer, and stir before serving.
3. Cranberry Cider
