After helping to execute 26/11, David Coleman Headley returned to India, allegedly to plan more terror attacks in different cities.

This is what he looks like.

Headley was arrested in October in Chicago by the FBI. Emails and other evidence recovered from him have allowed the FBI to charge him with working as an undercover agent for the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT). India is hoping that Headley will be extradited after the trial against him in America concludes.

In India, the National Investigating Agency (NIA) is handling the case against Headley, who made multiple trips to India between 2006 and 2009. He stayed at the Taj and the Trident, both targeted in the Mumbai attacks. Because Headley travelled to India so often and so easily, the Indian government has altered visa guidelines based on his case. Foreigners now need to leave the country for two months at the end of every 180 days.

Headley grew up in Pakistan and was made to move to America when he was a teenager after his American mother divorced his father. He travelled to India with his US passport.
