Pune blast death toll rises to 11

Pune: The number of deaths in Pune blast has gone up to 11.  Aditya Mehta, a student from Delhi, has succumbed to injuries at the Jehangir hospital. His body will be reaching Delhi late evening.

Here is the list of those killed in the blast at German Bakery in Pune as declared by the Maharashtra Police:

• Anindyee Dhar, 19, Female, Kolkata
• P Shindhuri, 22, Female Bangalore
• Vinita Padani, 22, Female, Mumbai
• Shilpa Goenka, 23, Female, Kolkata
• Shankar Pansare, 40, Male, Pune
• Gokul Nepali, 30, Male, waiter in bakery
• Saeed Abdul Ghani, Iranian, 26, Male, student in Symbiosis Pune
• Nadia Macdrini, Italian, 37, Female

Meanwhile forensic report details are expected anytime today. The report will clear doubts about quantity of material used for the explosion and how the blast was triggered.

Police are searching for suspects in Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad and Beed. Their priority is to get persons who executed the groundwork in the blast case.

Members of the banned SIMI in different cities across the state have been questioned on their whereabouts on the day of the blast.
