Why does my daughter’s head remain warm?

My daughter is 6 months old. Her head is always very warm though other parts of her body are of normal temperature. This is from the time of her birth. What could be the reason for this?

A baby loses the maximum heat from the head in the first two years of life, as it is a large surface area. It is therefore not unusual for the head to be warmer than the rest of the body. Don’t worry.
