What does occasional metamylocyte in a blood report indicate?

My 63 years old aunt is suffering from cardiac troubles. Occasional metamyelocytes in WBC have been found in one of her test reports. What does it mean? Which doctor should we consult?

Occ metamylocyte in peripheral blood does not have any clinical significance except if the WBC counts are high. Please see if any Hematologist available in your city.
