Can you please suggest any good medcine to increase quality and quantity of semen. I am married for 7 yars but have no children. The doctors told me that I do not produce enough semen with active sperms.

Consult a urologist for more oraganized treatment. I need to know your age and semen report in detail. Get yourself checked up for varicocele. There are treatments available for your kind of problem.
