My 31 years old husband has a severe gastric problem . When he is not able to sleep well at night, the next day he suffer with gastric problem. He keeps burping, pharting and has a severe headache too. Even if his motions are not clear, he suffers with the same problem. He take pudin hara quite frequently. Is there a permanent solution to it?

Avoid gas producing foods, sodas, eat slowly, chew at least 5-6 times, avoid, food rich in sugars and artificial agents. Eat small meals. Go off milk.
